United Airlines Begins Nonstop Jet Service between Peoria and Denver

Peoria, Ill. — United Airlines and the Greater Peoria Airport Authority announced that daily nonstop service between the Greater Peoria Regional Airport and Denver begins today.

Peoria – Denver schedule
starting October 5, 2007:

• Flight 6103 departs Peoria at 8:25 a.m. and arrives in Denver at 9:40 a.m.
• Flight 6101 departs Denver at 6:35 p.m. and arrives in Peoria at 9:36 p.m.

The service is operated by United Airlines’ partner Skywest Airlines using Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ) aircraft, which seat 50 passengers.

The new flight is for sale at www.united.com, through travel agencies or United Airlines Reservations at 1-800-241-6522.

The current schedule for United in Peoria includes one daily roundtrip flight between Peoria and Denver, which will complement the five daily flights United currently offers between Peoria and its Chicago hub. The additional seat capacity will allow the Greater Peoria Regional Airport to continue increasing passenger activity. Currently passenger activity at the Greater Peoria Regional Airport is up over 11% compared to 2006.
