In the unfortunate event of lost or delayed baggage, the airline on which you flew is your first point of contact. If you notice your luggage is not on the carousel, immediately make a claim with an airline representative at the appropriate counter. They will make arrangements with you so that you are kept appraised of the status of your bag or arrange delivery.

If you’ve misplaced an umbrella, briefcase, or other personal item (outside of checked baggage) somewhere in the terminal, call 309-697-8272 extension 110 or Send An Email to Our Operations Department.
Airport staff do listen for these messages and will contact you
HOLIDAY PARKING ALERT! As we experience large numbers of passengers as we navigate the Holiday Travel Season, our Main Lot and Overflow lots may be full. We continue to monitor our parking lots daily and will advise you where our largest capacity is – please check the construction sign at the entrance to see where we are directing you. If our lots are FULL, we will create supplemental parking and advise accordingly.
Our Best Advise During the Holidays: Skip the stress and Get Dropped Off just steps from the terminal doors. No Ride? Pre-Book an Uber or Lyft and you’re good to go!
